If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered and it's on us, we reprint it free. Tell us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos or video. We don't give cash refunds.

FormulatedPrints is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. 1.1 Introduction
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Formulated Prints (“Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the undersigned client (“Client” or “you”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.” By placing an order for Direct-to-Film (DTF) Transfers, DTF Gang Sheets, or any related services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by the terms set forth in this Agreement.
1.2 Scope & Definitions
2.1 Nature of Services
Formulated Prints agrees to provide high-quality Direct-to-Film (DTF) Transfers and DTF Gang Sheets (“Services”) to the Client in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2.2 Artwork Requirements
3.1 Order Submission
All orders must be submitted via our official channels (website, email, or authorized representative). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders at our discretion.
3.2 Fees & Invoicing
3.3 Payment Methods
Formulated Prints accepts payments via PayPal, credit cards, American Express, and any other methods specified on our website. (No cash payments accepted.)
3.4 Advance Payment & Exceptions
In certain cases—particularly for large or custom orders—we may require payment in full or a deposit prior to commencing production. If such arrangements are required, they will be communicated to the Client in writing.
3.5 Pricing Validity
All prices are subject to change without notice. Quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.
4.1 Standard Production Time
Our standard production time is 1 to 2 business days after final proof approval and payment confirmation. Very large or complex orders may take longer, and we will tell you if that applies to yours.
4.2 Rush Orders
Rush services may be available for an additional fee. Rush orders are subject to capacity and cannot be guaranteed during peak seasons.
4.3 Delays
We are not liable for production or shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, carrier delays, equipment failures, etc.).
5.1 Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS, Purolator, Canada Post, etc. Shipping costs are the Client’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. Shipping is free on orders over $99 shipped within Canada.
5.2 Shipping Address & Risk of Loss
6.1 Term
This Agreement commences upon the Client’s acceptance (e.g., by placing an order or signing) and continues until completion of the Services, unless terminated earlier as provided herein.
6.2 Termination
Either Party may terminate this Agreement with 14 days’ written notice to the other Party. In the event of termination, the Client will be responsible for payment for all Services rendered and expenses incurred up to the effective date of termination.
7.1 Color Variations
Slight color variations may occur due to differences in monitor calibration, materials, and printing processes. Formulated Prints strives for color accuracy but cannot guarantee an exact color match.
7.2 Printing Artifacts
Minor imperfections (e.g., small dots, slight misalignment) can occur in the DTF printing process. We take all reasonable steps to minimize such artifacts.
8.1 30-Day Reprint Guarantee
If you are unhappy with the quality of your DTF transfers, you may request a reprint within 30 days of the delivery date.
8.2 Defective Products
If a product is found to be defective, we will determine the cause and, if necessary, offer a reprint. We do not generally offer refunds unless the item is demonstrably defective and cannot be resolved by a reprint.
8.3 Return Authorizations
When a return is authorized (in rare circumstances), it must be sent back in its original or adequate packaging. Shipping costs for returns may be the Client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
9.1 General Liability
Formulated Prints will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services provided. To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability is limited to the replacement cost of the DTF transfers purchased.
9.2 No Liability for Design Errors
Formulated Prints shall not be liable for any errors, defects, or quality issues stemming from Designs provided by the Client. Any necessary reprint or correction due to design-related issues shall be at the Client’s expense.
10.1 Relationship of the Parties
Formulated Prints is engaged as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship between the Parties.
11.1 Design Ownership
The Client acknowledges and represents that they have the legal rights, permissions, or licenses necessary to use any designs, logos, text, images, or any other content (“Designs”) provided to Formulated Prints for the purpose of providing Services. Formulated Prints shall not be responsible for verifying ownership or copyright status of any submitted Designs.
11.2 Printing Approval
The Client understands that Formulated Prints will proceed with printing based on the Designs provided. Once the Client approves the design for printing, Formulated Prints will not be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or design-related issues.
11.3 Client Liability & Indemnification
12.1 Confidential Information
Both Parties agree not to disclose, reveal, or make use of any confidential information learned of during the term of this Agreement without the written consent of the other Party.

Formulated Prints will take reasonable measures to ensure the security and protection of the Client’s Designs from unauthorized access, sharing, or distribution.
12.4 Privacy Policy
Our general privacy practices, including the collection and use of personal information, are further detailed on our website or in a separate Privacy Policy. By ordering our Services, you acknowledge and agree to those terms as well.
Formulated Prints is not liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, embargoes, government regulations, war, or other circumstances making it impossible or impractical to perform.
Formulated Prints reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
15.1 Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
15.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, unless the Parties mutually agree to an alternative form of dispute resolution.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
Any amendment or modification of this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Formulated Prints and the Client.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Service Agreement as of the Effective Date. By placing an order, signing a contract, or otherwise indicating acceptance, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein.
