1. Overview

  • Applicability: This policy covers all DTF transfers, gang sheets, and related printing products purchased directly from Formulated Prints.
  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a reprint request if you believe there is a quality or accuracy issue with your order.

2. Eligibility for Reprint

  1. Defective or Damaged Products

    • If your items arrive damaged, contain printing errors, or exhibit defects that impact usability, you may request a reprint within 30 days of receiving the order.
    • Photographic or video evidence of the issue is required to support the claim.
  2. Satisfaction Concerns

    • If you believe the final print quality or accuracy deviates significantly from your order specifications or approved proofs, contact us within 30 days. If we determine that the issue is on our end, we will reprint your order.
  3. Exclusions

    • Minor Color Variations: Slight color differences can occur due to monitor calibrations and normal print tolerances. These small variations are not considered defects.
    • Artwork Errors: If the issue is caused by incorrect or low-resolution artwork (including non-CMYK color profiles) you supplied, reprints may incur additional charges or be denied.
    • Wear & Tear: We do not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse of products after delivery.

3. How to Request a Reprint

  1. Contact Us Promptly

    • Email customerservice@formulatedprints.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant photos or video evidence.
  2. Assessment Process

    • Our support team will review your request and may ask for additional information.
    • If necessary, we may require the return of defective items for inspection. Should the defect be confirmed on our end, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  3. Reprint Outcome

    • If our assessment confirms a production defect or error on our part, we will reprint the affected items at no cost to you.
    • No Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds. This policy strictly covers reprints.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Artwork: You are responsible for submitting correct, high-resolution artwork in CMYK format.
  • Valid Shipping Address: Provide a correct, complete shipping address to prevent delivery issues. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.

5. Changes to This Policy

Formulated Prints reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future orders placed after the change date.
