Pick your sheet size
Go to the Custom DTF Gang Sheet page and open the Sheet size menu.
- Every sheet is 23″ wide.
- Lengths start at 15″ for $8.00 CAD and go up to 300″.
- The size and price you picked show under the buttons, so you always know what you're building.

Open the builder
Press Build A Gang Sheet. A Before You Build box asks how you'd like to start:
- Log In & Build saves your designs, lets you reorder easily and syncs across devices.
- Continue as Guest works too, with no account needed.
The builder opens in a new tab, so the product page stays open behind it.

Choose how you want to build
The quick start screen, Let's create your design, gives you three ways in: upload your images, let the Auto Builder arrange them, or start an empty sheet in Manual mode.
Tip: a PNG with a transparent background prints best.

Upload and queue your designs
Press Upload Images and pick your files, then press Auto-Arrange My Images.
- Your uploads appear on the left.
- Click each design to add it to the Build queue in the middle.

Set sizes and copies, then build
- Type the width you want for each design. The height follows so nothing stretches.
- Set how many copies you need.
- Press Build, check the layout and confirm.
One click and your whole sheet is built for you.
The price is right on the Add to Cart button. Skip to step 08 when you're happy.

Place designs yourself
Prefer to do it by hand? Choose Manual mode on the quick start screen to get an empty sheet.
- Click a design in your uploads to drop it on the sheet.
- Drag it to move it.
- Pull a corner to resize it.

Fill the sheet and pack it tight
- Use Duplicate to add copies and fill the sheet.
- Then one click on Auto-Arrange All snaps everything into place.
Packed tight, so you waste less film.

Add to cart and check out
- Happy with it? Press Add to Cart.
- Choose the sheets to add, tick the box to confirm the details, and add them.
- Go to your cart and press Proceed to Checkout.
