How To Order +

Thank you for choosing Formulated Prints.

To build a gang sheet you can follow these step!

  • Step 1: Select Size Choose your preferred size from the drop-down menu to get started on your custom gang sheet.

  • Step 2: Click 'Build' After selecting the size, click the ‘Build’ button. You'll be directed to our intuitive builder tool. Here, you can upload your designs and strategically place them on the gang sheet, ensuring optimal use of space.

  • Step 3: Export/Check Out Once you're satisfied with the layout, you have two options: You may export the design to check out in our check out page if you're not ready to finalize your order, or you can proceed to check out immediately if everything looks good.

Please note that once your design is submitted, we are unable to make any art changes and we will print accordingly. However, our printing process guarantees excellent results so please ensure your file is in good quality.

Important: PRINT WARNING FOR THIN LINES AND TRANSPARENTS +

⚠️ Important Printing Warning (DTF):
Transparent areas will not print. Please ensure your design does not include transparency if you want it visible.
Opaque ( Not solid) areas will print in white.
Lines must be at least 3 pixels thick. We recommend 4 pixels or more. Thinner lines may not print at all.
Exception: Very thin lines or small details may print correctly if they are part of a halftone pattern (dot-based shading).

Important: CMYK for True Color +

1. Use CMYK color mode when designing your artwork.
2. If your file is in RGB, our printers are calibrated to closely match the HEX values — but CMYK is preferred for accuracy.
3. Export your file in 300 DPI high resolution.
4. Submit transparent PNG for best results.

UVDTF vs DTF (What is the Difference) +

DTF (Direct to Film)

  • Fabric (like shirts, hoodies, tote bags)
  • Soft, flexible print
  • Regular printed design on clothes
  • A custom t-shirt with your logo printed using heat press.

UV DTF (Ultraviolet Direct to Film)

  • Hard, smooth surfaces (like glass, plastic, mugs, tumblers)
  • Slightly raised, sticker-like texture
  • Glossy, vibrant decal
  • A branded tumbler with a 3D-looking sticker that feels thick and sticks firmly.

The only suggestion I have is when the file is uploaded that the actual file shows and not your price list. The first time I tried this I didn't know if my file uploaded properly. Everything else has been great.
